In continued promotion of his new Yeezy 3 sneakers, Kanye West surprised shoppers at an Adidas store in London yesterday with some ~personal~ Yeezy service. British newspaper The Independent reports he worked a "small shift" in store, greeting folks who'd ordered his shoes and even giving away some pairs for free. Don't think he half-assed the gig either: photos showing him carrying shoe boxes out from the store's stockroom and even doing some customers' laces up for them.
He may have forgotten to ask shoppers if they'd signed up for a store loyalty card, but that's always an awkward moment; he did not wear a name badge either, even though that's technically part of the job — but then really, if you're in the store to buy Kanye's sneakers, you're going to know who Kanye is.
Meanwhile, Kanye's wife Kim is also indulging in a new hobby — TMZ says she's learning to play the piano and may even perform at a public recital later this year. Celebrities, they're just like us!
