Most photos we see of Justin Bieber these days are all badass and tattoo-y — no complaints here — but that makes his latest shoot for fashion mag Hero feel even more special. The cover features a black and white portrait of Biebs staring off into the distance looking dreamy and heartbroken (Selena, girl, are you seeing this?!). He's wearing a basic white T-shirt under some kind of camo-ish jacket, but really, this photo is all about giving serious puppy-dog eyes.
The image was shot by photographer Hedi Slimane and features the caption "Prince of Pop." According to Hero's site, the accompany interview will shed light on Biebo's nerves about releasing his next album, given that everyone has been paying a bit more attention to his personal life these days. So apparently that sadness all over his face isn't about Selena, but who really knows with these two? We're still trying to figure out if she was sub-Insta-ing him the other day.
The bottom line? I'm not saying I would make out with this magazine cover. But I'm also not saying that.
