Native Floridian and lifestyle photographer, Adam Opris, ditched the traditional studio to capture a series of amazing maternity photos starring pregnant women submerged in water. The photographs — which range from poses of nude women in silky wraps to portraits of husbands embracing their mothers-to-be — are unconventionally gorgeous.
After living by the water his whole life, Opris tells My Modern Met, "With [my] great love for water, I am bringing mermaids out of my maternity clients. By embracing buoyancy and enabling these pregnant women to be free, I am creating magic to capture pregnancy in all of its glory."
Now, who said pregnant ladies couldn't rock bikinis?
