1. When you look up at us and we brush your hair out of your face like Moses parted the Red Sea. That might sound hyperbolic, but it is the cute version of parting an ocean. We are programed to do this, and everyone thinks it's adorable (both the brusher and the brushee). Getting to brush your hair out of the way is one of those I'm-glad-I-have-a-girlfriend-so-I-get-to-do-this moments.
2. When you get too much sun and all your freckles come out. Some people might say freckles are weird, but those are only people who have freckles and gets really self-conscious about them. Everyone else loves them. It's like how curly-haired people want straight hair, but everyone tells them they wish they had their curls. The grass is always greener, or in this case, the freckles are ... frecklier?
3. When you absentmindedly bite your lip while reading. This is super sexy. It's hands down one of the sexiest things you can do with your face. If you ever catch us staring at you while you read, it's probably because you just bit your lip without realizing it.
4. As trite as it is (and it's pretty trite), staring into your eyes. And getting lost in the ocean that is your eyes and also they're like the stars at the same time or whatever. Listen, the reason so many poems have been written about girls' eyes is because they're legitimately inspirational, OK?
5. The way your dimples pop when you smile after we make you laugh. This can literally make a guy's day. Apparently no one actually knows why we love dimples, but they're cute. Like puppies. If a puppy smiled and had dimples, then anyone who saw it would have the cutest brain aneurysm ever, because it's just too much cuteness to handle.
6. The creases in your forehead when you frown. No guy is going to like you frowning when you're sad or angry. But when you're puzzling over something and get those little ridges, they're pretty cute.
7. The way you scrunch your face up at us when you're annoyed, but not so annoyed that we're in trouble. Yes, we annoy you on purpose. BECAUSE YOU LOOK ADORABLE WHEN YOU'RE ANNOYED.
8. The way you smile when you see us after we've had a bad day. When you think about it, teeth are sharp chunks of enamel and dentin protruding from a hole in our face. And yet, we see the beauty in that.
9. The look you give right before we kiss you. That look is borderline indescribable, but it's the reason we keep surprising you with kisses. Also, you know, making out is just fun. All right, honestly, it's about fifty-fifty.
10. We get why your aunts always used to pinch your cheeks. We get the same involuntary reflex when we see them.
