North West's third birthday party arrived with a splash! (I had to.)
The 3-year-old partied with family and friends at a mermaid-themed birthday party that makes all other children's birthday parties look like a floating pile of sea trash. The sea-based shindig took place and Kim and Kanye's Bel Air manse, but on Thursday, they also took the whole crew to Disneyland to experience the princess magic IRL.
