British budget retailer Primark has removed a mannequin from its storefront after customers complained it was too skinny, the Independent reports.

Primark-shopper Mel Fraser tweeted her concern:

"I just don't think having all mannequins the same with protruding ribs is necessary. How about a bit of variety, not everyone is the same!" she added in a subsequent tweet.

The store is not the first to remove a mannequin that prompted customer outrage for looking emaciated; La Perla, Gap, and Zara have all been forced to swap in healthier-looking ones after customers complained about their unrealistic sizes.

The Independent reports that Primark immediately responded to Fraser's complaint via Twitter, writing, "the mannequin you describe will not be used in this way again," though the tweet has since been removed.
