Note: As explained to Diane Sawyer during the interview, Bruce Jenner is currently choosing to be referred to as "Bruce Jenner" and with male pronouns (though he and his family are also using gender-neutral and female pronous). Until he says otherwise, we will address him accordingly.

During one of the final moments of Diane Sawyer's interview with Bruce Jenner on Friday night, Bruce offered to cook Diane dinner one night, privately — as a way for him to introduce Sawyer to his female identity. "How will she look?" Sawyer wondered aloud in a voiceover; as it turns out, Bruce offered the cameras some insight, by showing Sawyer and her crew a look at what she'd be wearing for the meal. (In this instance we're referring to Bruce with female pronouns, as the dinner he proposed, both he and Sawyer say, is "with her.")

Taking a trip to his closet — and adding that he's building a full "glam room" in his new house — Bruce picked out a "chic" and "classy" little black dress, which he explained would be his choice for the meal. (It's the dress pictured above.) Sawyer later clarified that "that night, she looked great, and really happy."

And as Daily Mail notes, it's very possible this piece was passed to Bruce from one of his stepdaughters in another clear show of their support— in 2010, Kourtney Kardashian wore a very similar-looking LBD to a premiere party for KUWTK's fifth season:

And later that year, Khloé wore an also-similar look to the launch of the Kardashians' MasterCard, because such a credit card existed in 2010:

It's worth noting Khloé's dress here does feature leather panels through the side seams, which don't seem to appear on the dress Bruce shows Diane — but then the lighting isn't great, so they might not be visible. Kourtney's, however, seems to be a match.

Of course, he may just have liked the style (mesh sleeves, you know?) so much he bought his own copy of the dress, or he may have picked up either/both pieces if/when Khloé and Kourtney resold them on eBay. But given the family's penchant for sharing the fashion wealth among themselves, and also given the clear show of solidarity and backing for Bruce's decision to transition they're presenting, wouldn't it be awesome if they'd let him raid their wardrobes?! Bruce told Sawyer his female identity's style sense is "definitely a Jenner" rather than a Kardashian — but that doesn't mean she can't borrow the occasional piece. Everyone experiments with fashion from time to time.

Update 05/18: In clips from the E! KUWTK special "About Bruce," Bruce confesses to stealing from Kim's wardrobe.
