The retouching police over at Jezebel are displaying allegedly unretouched photos that leaked online of Lady Gaga's Versace campaign shoot. Let us take a moment to express shock and dismay because, really, who saw this coming! Like, OMG YOU GUYS AN AD CAMPAIGN WAS RETOUCHED! AND OMG YOU GUYS A CELEBRITY WAS RETOUCHED TOO!!
How long will it take before the world accepts the reality that as long as retouching is available, the media will to use it? And celebrities will want it?
At this point, photo retouching is neither a secret nor a scandal and Gaga looks great in both the before and the after.
